What is the Warranty Policy?
Forax Equipment Ltd. offers a limited warranty for equipment and parts, valid only for the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year or 1,500 operating hours from the purchase date.
Key Points:
Coverage: Repairs or replacements for defective parts are at our discretion.
Limitations: Warranty applies only if products are properly assembled and operated per the Operator's Manual. Exclusions include damage from misuse, alterations, improper assembly, shipping damage, and normal wear.
Exclusions: Normal wear parts, adjustments, and maintenance are not covered.
To make a warranty claim, return the product to an authorized service dealer. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs related to claims. For inquiries, please contact us at 251-252-5682 You’ll need the model, purchase date, and dealer name to process any claims.
What is the Shipping Policy ?
in stock orders will ship within 5 business days. Non-Stock orders will ship in no more than 20 business days.
What is the Return Policy?
NO RETURNS - New Equipment and Implements: NO RETURNS
Once you have ordered, paid for and it has left our dock; it is your property. All sales are final. You are responsible for the unloading from freight truck, unpackaging, assembly, start up and fine tuning the adjustments of the equipment / implements.
If the equipment arrives damaged or with parts/pieces missing, remember it is your property and take it up with the freight company on the spot!!!!!
We suggest you do not refuse the shipment as that will increase your cost and delays. Note the damages on the shipping documents and keep copy. Take pictures, etc. All equipment leaves our distributor's docks in new, unused condition unless otherwise noted. You must notify the freight company and us within 48 hours after delivery.
All equipment must be signed for upon delivery, any additional charges accrued by the freight company for re-delivery or because nobody was present at the delivery site will be charged to you!
Equipment may not be returned via refusing the charge on your credit card, charge backs, or refusing to sign for the equipment upon delivery! Once you share card information and authorize us to charge your credit card the purchase is final!! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Parts Return Policy 1. You must obtain a Return Authorization from us prior to shipping any equipment back!!2. Non stocked, special orders and custom-built items are non-returnable.3. If for any reason you have ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges in both directions and a 20% restocking fee!! NO EXCEPTIONS!4. If we send you the wrong item, we will advise how it is to be returned and pay the shipping cost.5.
