What is the Warranty Policy?
All Bucket Bunker®products are warranted to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. Wear items are not warranted Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or negligence. Damage, loss delay or replacement of attachment caused by defective material(s) and / or workmanship is not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover any travel or labor expense in connection with any claim. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts on products determined by Bucket Bunker™ to be defective in material or workmanship.
What is the Shipping Policy
We ship all units via R+L Carriers. We offer Free Shipping on orders shipped within the continental United States and excludes Alaska & Hawaii) You must let us know prior to shipping if you need a lift gate at your location to unload the unit. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit. Any damage caused should be discussed with the freight carrier.In stock items typically ship within 2 business days. However, these times may vary based on the trucking company's availability to pick up. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
What is the Return Policy?
We will take returns on standard items only for up to 7 days from date of delivery. We will not take returns on any custom or made to order items. Customer must call prior to returning the item to receive a return authorization number. Customer must pay return freight. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on missing parts, abused, misused or damaged products. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit. Any damage caused should be discussed with the freight carrier. Clearance Sale items marked as Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, or Prototype items are sold as is and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued by the original payment type. The initial cost of the "free shipping" will be deducted from the credited amount.
