What is the Warranty Policy?
1. During the applicable warranty peroid, Haugen will repair or replace any part determined by Haugen to
be defective. Such repair or replacement shall take place at Haugen’s factory or at a authorized Haugen
Dealer. Under no circumstances shall Haugen be obligated for the cost of any repair or replacement by
anyone other than Haugen without its express written consent.
2. The authorized Haugen dealer shall complete the warranty claim form and obtain written authorization from Haugen to return parts or complete repairs at their location. If Haugen determines repairs can be made at the dealership, Haugen will ship replacement parts to the dealership. Haugen will reimburse labor hours and/or other expenses as agreed to in the warranty claim form. Any work done on a product prior to filling out the warranty claim form or unauthorized labor hours will not be reimbursed. If Haugen determines the product needs to be fixed at our Factory or replaced. Haugen will designate the shipping and cover standard transit shipping costs to and from the authorized dealer. Haugen will attempt to repair or replace authorized claims in a timely manner but will not be responsible for any costs incurred from down time. All warranty claims must include detailed information of events that led up to the failure and any other information helpful in reviewing this claim.
3. Some purchased components including but not limited to hooks, cylinders, and hydraulic motors are
subject to inspection and warranty of the respective manufacturers.
4. Parts may not be returned without the express written authorization from Haugen.
5. This warranty is void if any attempt is made to make field repairs. Make sure to leave the product in the
original failed condition.
6. Products or parts there of which, as determined by Haugen’s examination, show wear from normal use,
been improperly operated, damaged by accident or negligence, field repaired, altered or modified are
not considered defective in material or workmanship and are not covered by this warranty. This
warranty does not obligate Haugen to bear any cost of labor for field repair, replacement, testing, or
adjustment nor damaged caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or environmental elements.
7. Any parts or labor required to repair or replace parts not covered under this warranty will be charged to
the customer. Parts repaired or replaced by Haugen are then covered by this warranty only for the
remainder of the original warranty as if such parts were original parts.
8. Haugen reserves the right to change its specifications and designs at any time.
What is the Shipping policy?
At Haugen Attachments, we are committed to providing seamless shipping across all 50 states. When quoting or confirming orders, we utilize a "Best Way" shipping method, collaborating with 6-8 trusted vendors to secure the most competitive rates for selected zones. Dealers arranging their own trucking will be responsible for any handling charges and pallet fees; please note this on your purchase order. Additionally, we manage international shipments to Canada weekly, leveraging our expertise to ensure a smooth process. For shipments to other countries, we will deliver to a designated port of call and coordinate with your shipping agent to facilitate the logistics
What is the Return Policy?
- At Haugen Attachments, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Standard goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new condition. A 15% restocking fee based on the list price will apply, in addition to the freight costs for returning the items to our facility in Casselton, ND
