What is the Return Policy?
Contact Us: Returning any item, please contact our customer service team at support@forestryprosupply.com to initiate the return process.
- Processing Time:Refunds will typically be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Method of Refund:Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. Interest on financed orders is non-refundable
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for making return shipping arrangements and the entire cost of it. A credit will not be issued until the product is received and inspected.

We will make every effort to make sure that your product is operating as designed and to rectify any issues through the wallenstein warranty process.
